ERZBERGRODEO MEDIA RIGHTS
The sole owner of media rights for photography, audio and video recordings of the event ERZBERGRODEO is represented as the organizer of the Erzbergrodeo GmbH, by Karl Katoch.
The assignment of any media rights of the event shall only be authorized by the written consent of
the proprietor.
Indication for the production and use of photographic material
The owner of media rights authorizes properly accredited journalists to photograph the event Erzbergrodeo 2011, and to use such material solely for editorial purposes. Any commercial use of images of the event Erzbergrodeo without written consent from the media owner is prohibited and is punishable by legal action followed by claims for compensation.
