If you have registered and paid for all three days and you do not qualify for the Red Bull Hare Scramble EUR 40 will be
refunded at the race office on Sunday June 10th, 2012 from 7.00 am to 10.00 am and from 3 pm to 4 pm.
(ATTENTION! The remaining amount is refunded at the office on Sunday only.)
After reception of your deposit we will send you the obligatory confirmation of entry as well as further specifications
and information about the Erzbergrodeo including directions, arriving information and schedule.
Important advise:
If you withdraw your registration we will refund your entry fee minus processing costs only if you send your withdrawal
and your bank details (account number, IBAN and BIC) per E-Mail to office@erzbergrodeo.at.
Cancellation costs:
EUR 40 if you send your withdrawal by May 4th, 2012
After May 04th, 2012 the entry fee is not refunded.
